Every treatment starts with an exam and a written plan with the fee. Nothing is done on the day unless you ask for it.

Your first visit, step by step.
About 60 minutes. The first visit fee is RM 90 and covers the consult, exam and plan.
Step 1: Book a slot
Pick a branch and a time online or on WhatsApp. Tell us if you are nervous; we book a longer slot and go slower.
Step 2: Talk first, chair second
Fifteen minutes in the consult room, sitting up, about what brought you in. Bring any old x-rays and your panel card.
Step 3: Exam and scans
A full exam, photos and digital x-rays if needed. You see every image on the screen beside the chair.
Step 4: A written plan
You leave with the options, the number of visits and the fee for each, in writing. Take it home and decide later.

Panel patients, billed direct.
Company panels
We are on the dental panel of 40 employers through three third-party administrators. Show your staff card at the counter and we bill the panel directly.
Medical cards with dental cover
If your insurance card includes outpatient dental, we check your limit before treatment and tell you what is left to pay.
Claim it yourself
No panel? We give you an itemised receipt and a treatment note on letterhead, ready for your employer or insurer.
Good to know
- Bring your IC and panel or medical card to every visit.
- Crowns, implants and braces usually need pre-approval. We send the request; it takes 3-5 working days.
- Panels and insurance rarely cover whitening, veneers or other aesthetic treatment.
- Ask at the counter whether your employer is on our list before you book.

No. Many first visits are people who have stayed away for a long time. We start with a talk, then an exam, and we only treat what you agree to.
Does a check-up hurt?
Most people feel some pressure and the cold of the water spray during a scale. Tell us if anything is uncomfortable and we stop. Numbing gel and local anaesthetic are available.
Can I bring my child to my appointment?
Yes. Subang Jaya has a small kids corner by the waiting area. For children's own visits, we book 30 minutes and keep the first one short.
How do aligners compare with braces for me?
It depends on how your teeth sit and how you live. We show both options on your scan at the consult and explain the time, the number of visits and the fee for each.
Who does the aesthetic treatments?
Cosmetic dental work such as whitening, bonding and veneers is done by our dentists. Skin consultations are with our registered medical doctor in the aesthetics room.
Can I pay in instalments?
Braces, aligners and implants can be paid per stage. Some bank cards also offer instalment plans; ask your bank before your visit.
What if I need to cancel?
Message or call us at least 24 hours before. There is no fee for the first change; we just ask for notice so another patient can take the slot.
